Acceptance

By using Attune, you agree to these Terms of Service.

If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the app.

What Attune Is

Attune provides relationship guidance based on menstrual cycle science.

It is an informational tool only — it is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice.

Do not use Attune as a substitute for professional medical advice or relationship counselling.

Your Responsibilities

By using Attune, you agree that:

• You are at least 18 years old
• You will obtain your partner's explicit consent before entering any data about them
• You will not use Attune to monitor, control, or manipulate your partner
• You will keep your account credentials secure and private

Partner Consent

Attune is designed to support relationships — not enable surveillance.

Entering data about another person without their knowledge or consent:

• Violates these Terms of Service
• May violate applicable law

Accounts found in violation may be suspended or permanently terminated.

Subscriptions

• Free Tier: Limited features available without payment
• Premium Subscription:

• $2.99/month or $24.99/year
• Billed through Google Play

• Free Trial:

• 40-day free trial available for first-time subscribers
• Payment method required
• Automatically renews after the trial period ends

• You may cancel at any time before the trial ends to avoid charges
• Refunds are subject to Google Play's refund policy

Intellectual Property

All content, design, and code within Attune are the property of Gaussian Limited.

You may not:

• Copy
• Modify
• Reverse engineer
• Distribute

any part of the app without prior written permission.

Limitation of Liability

Attune is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:

• Any damages resulting from use of the app
• Inaccurate cycle predictions
• Relationship outcomes or decisions made based on app content

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Cyprus.
