Who We Are

Attune is a relationship guidance app for men, developed by Gaussian Limited, a company registered in Cyprus (Reg. No. ΗΕ 423410), registered address Αγίου Σεργίου 104, Κοφίνου 7735, Λάρνακα, Κύπρος.

What Data We Collect

• Account Data: Email address, sign-in method (Google or email/password)
• Partner Data: An alias for your partner, age range, contraception type, cycle dates
• Profile Data: Answers to partner profile prompts (food preferences, love language, etc.)
• Usage Data: Streak count, XP, badges, daily mission completion
• Device Data: FCM token for push notifications

What We Do NOT Collect

• Your partner's full name
• Your partner's precise location
• Any biometric data
• Data from third-party health apps

Why We Collect It

Partner and cycle data is used solely to generate your daily briefing and relationship guidance.

It is never:

• Used for advertising
• Sold to third parties
• Shared outside of Attune

Health Data (GDPR Article 9 / MHMDA)

Menstrual cycle information is classified as sensitive health data.

We collect this data only with your partner's explicit consent.

Consent can be withdrawn at any time by deleting all data within the app.

Your Partner's Consent

Before any cycle or health data is stored, your partner receives a consent request.

They may withdraw consent at any time by contacting: attune2her@gmail.com

This will trigger deletion of all associated health data.

Data Storage and Security

• All data is stored in Google Cloud Firestore with AES-256 encryption at rest
• All data in transit is protected by TLS 1.3
• We do not use third-party analytics that receive health data

Your Rights (GDPR)

You have the right to:

• Access your data
• Correct your data
• Export your data
• Delete your data

You can do this by using the "Delete account" option in Settings or by contacting: attune2her@gmail.com

Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active.

Deleting your account will permanently remove all data within 30 days.

Subscriptions

Subscription payments are processed by RevenueCat and Google Play.

We do not store payment card details. For more information, see RevenueCat's Privacy Policy.

Changes to This Policy

We will notify you of any material changes via the app.

Continued use of Attune after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
